Straight Up... I design, advertise, print, process, and package all your orders 100% myself. I do my best to keep the stock up to date, I do ...but in some cases depending on size, stock, or age of product your shirt will be made to ship. Many of our newest designs and products are preorders. If that is the case it is indicated in the product description. Preorder terms vary, but are usually a 3 to 4 week term. Standard orders usually typically ship out once a week on Tuesdays. But I reserve a 2 - 4 week turn around for all orders to cover the many instances that can and DO arise when operating solo (as I currently am) I am.usually very transparent and keep everyone updated on these things regularly via my socials.

I am also the entire customer service department, (Me, "Joe", Joe Vasta" PKA "J.V. Bastard") I was transported to and from school in a very small, very short yellow bus, I'm awful with math, I'm dyslexic, I talk too much, multi task unsuccessfully, procrastinate, and I am a FAR cry from Amazon Prime. If you need an order for a specific date or time, drop me a line and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Please understand this is as small a small business as small businesses get. This creates what is unfortunately a unique experience however nowadays being as I print, and package all of your orders personally (with extra goodies, lots of love, and extra attention to detail ...This too slows me down some) ...If you'd like some some chemical smelling shirts made in an off location sweatshop by  young kids in uncomfortable chairs, in a country that said band or artist has never even heard of... You can order from virtuallly any other band or online store nowadays. I will continue to keep our merchandise in house for as long as I can physically handle it, because

A. I like making highly personalized "scare packages" for people who give a fuck,

...and...

B. My regulars seem like receiving them.

For any inquiries at all whatsoever please write to me personally at "[email protected]" alllow a few days for a  reply as the store is open 365 days a year and order frequency fluxuates.

If you do not receive a response from me in what you feel is ample time feel free to DM me over on Facebook, or call / text me at (201) 745-2744. Don't be bashful, I don't bite.

This means that by NO MEANS should you have trouble reaching me, and under no circumstances should it be necessary for you to open up a PayPal dispute against me. I've done this for over 26 years, I allow myself to be VERY accessible to people, I'm am NOT a crook ...but I AM as fallible as anyone else. If you feel your order may have fallen through the cracks, there should be no need for Paypal to intervene. I take it very personally when someone chooses to go that route, as it instantly favors with the buyer, freezes funds in our accounts and in many instances holds up everyone else's orders in the process (which can cause a much bigger mess than you can imagine) ...Not to mention it's a great way to ensure you will be blacklisted from placing orders with me in the future. I am more than reasonable, a historic people pleaser, and will go rather far out of my way to make things right with you, if something went wrong.
